Key Duties
Ensure all Medical's product are maintained in optimum conditionEnsure excellent follow-up on all customer initiated issuesSet objectives and manage results to improve repair service levelsOwnership and oversite of service contractsMaintain service oriented, customer relationship managementGive technical support and training to Product Managers and sales staffGive technical support and training to Customers and External Technicians

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client requirements
Must have:
Good mechanical and electronic skillsFluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical (ideally)) English & DutchTraining and experience with Mechanical, electronics beds or equivalentAdequate IT-knowledge (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook &Oracle)
Ideally you will have:
Experience in medical equipment.Experience in the hospital environment and health care work.Experienced field service engineers from other backgrounds will be considered
