Ben jij gespecialiseerd in medisch incidenten, arbeidsongevallen of een ander terrein van de letselschade? Of heb jij je altijd al hierin willen specialiseren? Of heb jij juist plezier in het behandelen van allerlei verschillende typen zaken? Neem dan contact met ons op!

Wil jij je richten op de (juridische) inhoud van de zaak, de mogelijkheid hebben om je eigen bezoeken aan de klant te brengen en een dossier van begin tot eind te behandelen? Dankzij onze secretariële ondersteuning kan jij je focus op de inhoud leggen en worden administratieve en secretariële werkzaamheden voor je uit handen genomen. Daarnaast kunnen onze advocaten met het starten van een deelgeschil of verzoek tot een voorlopig deskundigenbericht ervoor zorgen dat jij in een vastgelopen dossier weer verder kan!

Als Juridisch Specialist Letselschade bij DAS sta je middenin de actualiteit. De kans is groot dat je te maken krijgt met verzekerden die betrokken zijn geweest bij een (verkeers-)ongeval of andere gebeurtenis die recent in de media is geweest. Als Juridisch Specialist Letselschade adviseer jij deze klanten en beteken je iets voor de medemens. Een maatschappelijk verantwoorde baan, waarbij empathische en sensitieve vaardigheden van pas komen. Ben je op zoek naar flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en bovenal een gezellige sfeer en leuke collega’s en wil je samenwerken aan onze toekomst? We komen graag met je in contact!

Als Juridisch Specialist Letselschade behandel je gecompliceerde tot zeer gecompliceerde letselschadezaken. Dit doe je op minimaal twee van de volgende (specialistische) terreinen; verkeersongevallen, arbeidsongevallen, beroepsziekten, medisch incidenten, strafzaken/mishandeling, wegbeheerderszaken, dieraansprakelijkheid, overige onrechtmatige daad met letsel, AOV, overlijdensschade, zelfstandigen, ambtenarenzaken en loonregres. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om één of meer minder ervaren collega’s te begeleiden. Dankzij ons ruime aanbod aan opleidingen wordt ervoor gezorgd dat jij jouw kennis op peil kan houden. Deze opleidingen worden verzorgd door onze DAS Academy, die NOvA gecertificeerd is.

Verder bestaat deze functie uit het volgende

Volledig zelfstandig zaken en juridische kwesties behandelen op het gebied van letselschade

Van het begin tot het einde de leiding hebben in een cliëntproces

Je adviseert de cliënt over de omvang van de schade en ziet tot een (financiële) regeling van de zaak te komen

Overleggen met de klant over de inhoud en wijze van behandeling van de zaak en waar nodig externe deskundigen inschakelen

Klantbezoeken afleggen om te inventariseren wat de aard en omvang van de schade is

Wanneer nodig procedeer je of draag je de zaak tijdelijk over aan een van onze advocaten

Waar kom je terecht? Je komt te werken op een van onze vestigingen in Amsterdam, Den Bosch, Zoetermeer of Utrecht. De verzoeken om rechtshulp worden behandeld in zes teams van 12 tot 20 juristen en advocaten verdeeld over deze vestigingen. De teams worden ondersteund door secretaresses. Tevens werk je nauw samen met medisch- of tandheelkundig adviseurs en schaderegelaars. De werksfeer is informeel en als collega’s staan we voor elkaar klaar. We vinden het belangrijk om met elkaar te sparren en kennis uit te wisselen. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de teammanager.

DAS wordt verder gekenmerkt door het mensgerichte karakter en collegialiteit. Onze cultuur is uit te drukken in de volgende waarden: menselijk, slim, open, betrokken en optimistisch. Alle vestigingen zijn goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

Vereisten

Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding rechten, dan wel HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met relevante vakopleidingen

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met het behandelen van letselzaken

Klantgericht, stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht, analytisch en cijfermatig sterk

Empathisch en sensitief

Kennis van het verzekerings-, aansprakelijkheids- en schadevergoedingsrecht

Vaardig in de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift

Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week

Leergang middel zwaar dan wel zwaar letsel is een pre
