As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist at MPS, your primary responsibility will be to source the best talent within the power semiconductor industry as per the needs of MPS’ business. You will identify and engage with the best talent for MPS’ growth. You will take ownership for attracting top talents to our talent pools, build and maintain the talent pipelines, working closely and effectively with hiring Managers, Global Talent Acquisition Team, People Business Partners, and within the aligned functions and businesses.
The majority of the roles you will work on are technical in nature, however, there will be non-technical roles that will be required to source as well. You will need to be able to work well in a team setting while having a level of independence and autonomy to be successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire skilled employees for the positions you manage.
Responsibilities:
Proactively source passive candidates (technical and non-technical) through extensive research on various recruiting channels, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching. Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. Work with the hiring Manager to determine job requirements. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Work with Talent Acquisition team to prioritize openings and sourcing. Assist with general recruiting tasks which can include administrative tasks as assigned. Participate and assist with Campus/University recruiting initiatives. Promote MPS employer brand online and offline. Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ plus years’ experience in Recruiting/Sourcing. Proven track record as a Recruiter/Sourcer, preferably in the Semiconductor Industry. Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms. Sourcing experience with different EU countries/region are preferred. Fluency in English and Dutch are essential requirements for this position; fluency in other languages is a plus. Required Skills:
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Familiar with ADP and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, and ability to manage multiple openings. Ability to effectively multi-task with strong attention to detail. Experience in HR generalist tasks will be considered as a plus to be able to support People Team whenever needed. Location:
