De dagelijkse werkzaamheden die je als HR manager zal uitvoeren zijn:
Ontwikkelen en doorvoeren van het HR-beleid;
Zorgdragen voor een goede uitvoering van de HR-administratie en de operationele HR taken;
Adviseren van directie en MT leden bij HR-vraagstukken;
Ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van HR-processen;
Vacatures vervullen: opstellen van vacatureteksten, arbeidscommunicatie, selecteren van recruiters en aanbiedingen opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten;
Verantwoordelijk voor casemanagement bij zieke medewerkers en begeleiden van leidinggevende hierin;
Toezien op de juiste toepassing van wet- en regelgeving.

Als HR-manager ben jij iemand met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet jij met jouw frisse blik een verrassende draai te geven aan verschillende projecten. Daarnaast heb je een HBO opleiding afgerond op het gebied van HR. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een vergelijkbare functie en ervaring met het opstellen, professionaliseren en uitrollen van HR-beleid.
Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift en bent voor deze functie fulltime beschikbaar.
Je komt te werken binnen een bedrijf dat machines ontwikkelt en bouwt. Hierbij streven zij naar grensverleggende ontwikkelingen en het verduurzamen van verschillende werkzaamheden. Dit bedrijf is gevestigd in Middelburg en goed bereikbaar vanuit Vlissingen, Terneuzen, Goes en Zierikzee.
