Our reputable renewable energy client is looking for Head of Marketing & Sales for their Hydrogen Division in Europe.
Primary Purpose:
The Head of Marketing & Sales for Europe market will be a key member of all project teams, responsible to develop medium to long-term outlooks for Hydrogen’s Europe gas markets. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to succeed. The Head of Marketing & Sales (Europe)’s responsibility to develop opportunities in Europe market to increase sales by identifying, researching, and contacting prospects. Along with developing relationships and strengthen current relationships that enables identification of a business needs, model and buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Build relationships and networking with stake holders ( governments, regulation bodies) within Europe or relevant parties.
•Understanding Green Hydrogen economics relating to customers industry.
•Understanding and updating country and EU regulations and policies with regards to Green Hydrogen.
•Identify and develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets with ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate with customers from sales to order and manage a smooth handover to the project management.
•Report activity via the Customer Relationship Management tool.
•Develop budget and sales forecasts.
•Identify and evaluate 1st level organic and inorganic growth opportunities in Europe.
•Participate and represent company in key, strategic conferences, seminars and events.
•As a start up, help and contribute in other marketing and commercial functions that is required as and when needed by company.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business/marketing, engineering, or chemical field.
•At least 10 years of experience in the Europe market as Marketing and Sales
•Account management skills to maintain ongoing commercial relationships for our market intelligence platforms.
•Analytical skills with a confirmed capability of data management and market intelligence analysis.
•Positive demeanour and creative attitude to solve challenges in new ways.
•Ability to be self-sufficient, determined, and able to work independently with limited initial mentorship.
•Proven team player and ability to multi-task, influence within a team setting, and work under pressure in a fast, changing environment.
