We are currently looking for a
FINANCE MANAGER
He or she will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the AGR business unit.
What does the job involve?
You will be responsible for providing and analysing financial data of the operations team. You will be the key colleague across businesses and functions.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all monthly closing and financial reporting Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business targets Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group Establishing and developing relations with senior management and stakeholders Reviewing all internal control procedures Good Cooperation with the accounting shared service center

What is needed for this job?
Master in accounting or economics 10 years experience in controlling / finance in a multinational environment Understanding internal processes and operations Good understanding of budget process and month end closure IT knowledge: excel, word, ERP (SAP) Analytical skills Good project management Good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English Empathy to understand your customer’s fundamental needs Solution oriented Results driven You get things done to meet dead lines You are able to work with different skills and personalities … being passionate about what you do, and an eye for detail and accuracy, are a must! And last but certainly not least: enthusiasm, hands-on mentality and team spirit What do we offer you?
