: Electro & instrumentatie monteur Onze veelzijdige fabriek in Veghel is de grootste chocoladerepenfabriek ter wereld. Hier worden dagelijks grote volumes aan snoepwaren geproduceerd zoals Mars®, Snickers® en Twix®, bestemd voor de globale markt. De machines, apparaten en systemen zijn zeer divers: van robots tot fijnmechanica, hoogspanning tot micro elektronica en software. Om onze toppositie in zoetwaren- en confectieproductie te behouden, verdient onze machinerie het beste onderhoud om mankementen en stagnatie te voorkomen. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van onderhouds-werkzaamheden en ondersteuning van het E&I beheer. Welke werkzaamheden kan je verwachten? Als onderdeel van een Maintenance-afdeling van ca 75 medewerkers, werk je in een team van 9 enthousiaste en gedreven E&I monteurs en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van alle apparatuur. Doelstelling is het optimaal laten presteren van alle productielijnen en het voorkomen van ongeplande electro- en meet®eltechnische verstoringen van het machinepark. Het machinepark betreft alle machines welke nodig zijn voor de bereiding van onze producten tot en met eindverpakking en toebehoren. Je werkt in een team van enthousiaste collega's waarmee je samen of zelfstandig aan de slag gaat om de werkzaamheden 'right first time' uit te voeren.

Jouw ro l

Zorgdragen voor een zo groot mogelijke technische beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productie installaties.

Zelfstandig uitvoeren van preventief- en correctief onderhoud op het gebied van electrotechnisch, instrumentatie , meet- en regeltechniek en industriele PC/PLC besturingen. Zodanig dat de continuiteit en veiligheid van de bedrijfsinstallaties technisch gewaarborgd blijft.

Het maken van eerste- en tweedelijns storingsanalyses met behulp van PLC besturingssystemen.

Analyseren en oplossen van complexere storingen middels de daarvoor opgezette RCA processen.

Onderdeel zijn van projecten in jouw area en leveren van input voor spares, trainings- en onderhoudsplannen en het borgen van alle maintenance aspecten in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.

Coordineren en leiden van alle maintenance werkzaamheden in de jou toegewezen area op elektrotechnisch gebied.

Volgens een vooraf afgesproken aantal dagen beschikbaar zijn voor het invallen in de ploegendienst, waar je jezelf als storingsmonteur inzet om aan alle voorkomende storingen op te lossen.

Na een inwerkperiode de mogelijkheid jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen op zowel persoonlijk als functioneel gebied.

Functie eisen

In het bezit van een MBO-diploma niveau 4 in de richting elektrotechniek en/of meet & regeltechniek (of mechatronica met aantoonbare affiniteit voor E&I).

Krijgt energie van het onderhouden en repareren van storingen aan elektrotechnische en meet- en regeltechnische delen van technische bedrijfsinstallaties.

Ervaring met PLC's is een pre.

Ervaring met programma's zoals SAP-PM is een pre.

Zelfstandig, inventief, besluitvaardig en kun je prioriteiten stellen.
