We’re in search of someone for a maternity cover (8-9 Months) with training and education experience within the field of diabetes, who is motivated to make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to help our customer. You will help and support HCPs in secondary care to achieve the most with our Dexcom products recommendations in the diabetes market through providing support services, training and education for both HCPs as well as patients in secondary care. Your drive will support the Benelux business objectives through your excellent interpersonal skills and by working together with your peers as well as with HCPs and patients to meet their needs with our life-changing CGM products.
Where you come in:
You will support, train and educate HCPs in secondary care on Dexcom products in the Diabetes Market (largely untapped MDI market) You will provide online and – when required personal - training and in-servicing of Dexcom products and ancillaries to patients and HCPs in innovative ways You will develop innovative and efficient ways to set up an education platform for secondary care utilizing the support from across the company in accordance with the Dexcom values and culture You will maximise strategic partnership with others to maximise sales for standalone CGM product. As a product expert you will be the first point of contact for product, use and training requests and questions by HCPs in secondary care You will manage your time according to customer and business needs What makes you successful:
You bring 3+ years of experience in training HCPs and/ or patients You preferably have experience in working in secondary care within the diabetes field Preferably you have a (para) medical education at BSc. Level (i.e. nurse, dietician, physiotherapist etc). Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of the English language. What you’ll get:
