Wij zijn daarom op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Business Intelligence Specialist met minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring die met behulp van data en slimme technieken een bijdrage wilt leveren aan de missie en ambitie van onze klanten. Als Business Intelligence Consultant zorg je voor heldere antwoorden en adviseer je bij de eerste stap naar nieuwe inzichten op het gebied van (Big) data. Je creëert, verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert relevante (informatie) bronnen en vertaalt dit naar (stuur) informatie, klantinzichten en adviezen teneinde het leveren van input voor beleid. Met jouw skills weet je de professionaliseringsslag en kwaliteitsverbetering van de dienstverlening van onze klanten snel en efficiënt te realiseren.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en communicatief sterke Business Intelligence Specialist die als consultant in dienst bij Yacht op tijdelijke opdrachten ingezet wilt worden bij opdrachtgevers zoals: KLM, Geldmaat, Tommy Hilfiger, VodafoneZiggo, KPN, Ahold, Heineken, Bol.com, Booking.com, Leaseplan, Athlon International, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, Overheid (Ministeries en gemeentes) etc.
Indien jij in staat bent om op innovatieve en creatieve wijze data te kunnen omzetten in zinvolle inzichten dan kom ik graag met je in gesprek. De opdrachten bij onze klanten duren gemiddeld minimaal 6 maanden of langer vaak met een optie tot verlenging. Je krijgt een vast contract direct bij Yacht en wordt ingezet bij onze verschillende klanten in de Randstad regio. Bij Yacht hanteren wij namelijk een reistijd van gemiddeld een uur voor onze professionals en de inzet bij een klant is in overleg met jou!

Functie-eisen
Doordat elke klant andere complexe data vraagstukken heeft, zullen jouw opdrachten bij onze klanten dus ook verschillen. Bepaalde aspecten komen natuurlijk wel vaak terug in de vacatures en hier zullen wij ook op selecteren. Wij vragen daarom van jou dat je al werkervaring hebt met o.a.
-Aantoonbare ervaring met business intelligence-tools en -technologieën, zoals Power BI, Tableau of QlikView, etc.
-Python, SQL
Je beschikt daarnaast ook over:
-Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding,
-Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring.
-Analytisch sterk met een praktische instelling en een grote mate van zelfstandigheid.
-Je bent Nederlandstalig
Je hebt bij voorkeur ook ervaring met:
-Azure, AWS of GCP
-Kennis van ETL/ Data warehousing
-Het (Door) ontwikkelen van dashboards en managementrapportages in Power BI of Tableau

-Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders.
-Proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling, met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en deadlines te halen.
-Je staat open voor feedback

-Je bent bereid te werken in de gehele Randstad regio.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Onze sollicitatie procedure:
-2 interviews waaronder een technisch interview met één van onze senior professionals.
Wat kan jij van ons verwachten?
-Een contract van 36 uur per week;
-Salaris is afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring en ligt tussen de € 3.500 en € 5.500 bruto per maand o.b.v. 40u;
-Leaseauto vanuit Yacht behoort tot de mogelijkheden;
-Een ruime keuze aan interim data opdrachten bij mooie organisaties;
-Daarnaast deelname aan het Data Professionals Development programma;
-Je wordt een member van onze community voor data professionals Most Data https://www.yacht.nl/community/mostdata ;
-25 vakantiedagen obv 40 uur;
-Bonusregeling;
-Wij volgen de CAO's van onze klanten. Indien de vaste medewerkers van de opdrachtgever een salarisverhoging of een 13de maand ontvangen dan ontvang jij dit ook!
